Yogurt on the Go

Ingredients

  • ¾ c. yogurt (light fruit -flavored)
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup strawberries

This Yogurt on the Go recipe is an easy way that you can jump start your teen’s morning. It is quick to make and can be made on those mornings that are rushed, when your teen needs to eat on the run. This meal takes only five minutes to make and makes a fulfilling 1 1/4 cup.

Step by Step Instructions

In a small bowl, put in the yogurt.

Stir in the raisins and sunflower seeds.

Lightly stir in the strawberries.

Serve in a plastic cup if eating on the go.

Notes

You can mix in your teen’s favorite seeds and fruit. Try some raspberries, blueberries, banana, peaches, pumpkin seeds or almonds for variation.
