Tetrazzini

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti
  • Rotisserie chicken, cubed
  • 2 cups of frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2-1 cup of cheddar cheese

Step by Step Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook pasta along with the frozen peas.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over a low flame. Mix in flour, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth.

Add the whipping cream, Parmesan cheese and broth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Toss the mixture with the spaghetti, peas and chicken.

Pour mixture into the glass baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
