Tropical Fruit Salad With Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe avocado (cubed)
  • 1/2 small ripe banana (sliced)
  • 1/2 kiwi fruit (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/4 papaya (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/4 cup natural, plain yogurt
  • Few drops of pure maple syrup (optional)
  • Wheat germ (optional)

Step by Step Instructions

Place all of the cut up fruits into the bowl.

Stir in the maple syrup (if you are using it).

Swirl the yogurt on top of the fruit.

Sprinkle with wheat germ (if you are using it).

This finger food recipe is great for older babies and toddlers. If you are preparing this fruit salad for a younger baby, puree all of the fruits together and serve.
