Do you remember having frozen bananas on a stick during those hot summer days? Well these frozen banana pops are similar but are made with babies and toddlers in mind. They pack a whole lot of potassium and other healthy goodies! You can also use other types of fruit to go along with the bananas for variety.

Step by Step Instructions

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blend. Purée everything to get out the lumps.

Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. An alternative to using popsicle molds is to you a large ice cube tray or even some disposable cups. Remember to put in popsicle sticks as the mixture starts to freeze.

Serve the pops when frozen. Older babies and toddlers should be able to hold the stick, whereas for younger babies it may be necessary to mash up the banana pops into a bowl and then feed them to the baby using a spoon.
